“Jeremiah is a seasoned software engineer with over a decade of experience shipping production systems across HealthTech, FinTech, AgriTech and GovTech — from Malawi and Rwanda to Japan and the UK.

│He currently builds responsible Data and AI systems at the ICO, the UK’s data regulator. Before that he led AI and mobile engineering at Irembo, shipping LLM-powered agent systems and RAG pipelines for Rwanda’s national e-government platform serving 12M citizens.

│Earlier, he helped over 1M smallholder farmers across nine African countries while at One Acre Fund, and built Malawi’s National Master Health Facility Registry with the Ministry of Health at Baobab Health Trust.

│He holds an M.Eng from Doshisha University in Kyoto, Japan — focused on Natural Language Processing — and a BSc from the Malawi University of Business and Applied Sciences. Off the clock, he records gospel rap as Liwu.
